Ist diese Art Selbstfindung wichtig?… Ehrliche Indikatoren biologischer Fitness schaffe ich wahrscheinlich durch das Erkennen der eigenen Potentiale. Aufmerksamkeit kann man andererseits lernen. Investiere ich deshalb heute in eine Zeit der Erholung und bestimme das Training mit der richtigen Auswahl der Sounds, so bleibe ich stressfreier denn je.

b) Vergleich des Ist-Wertes mit dem Grad der Zufriedenheit, den ich erlangen möchte. Wozu diese Klänge nun dienen bestimmt vielleicht die Stabilität der Gefühle in diesem Augenblick. Emotionen schwingen mit den Klangwolken und erleichtern die konstruktive Problemlösung im Unterbewusstsein. Und wieder kommt die Evolution zu Hilfe. Durch die Erhöhung der Teilnahme und das Ausprobieren von neuen Reizen mit spezieller Yoga music schaffe ich mir ein neues Wohlbefinden und unter Umständen neue glückliche Momente:

Mit Musik trainieren?
Diese Auswahl der Äthe Songs mit Chillout Klängen oder ambienten Passagen wirkt ultimativ entspannend. Downtempo eine Sache des Herzens. Selber durchlebt fühlt man sich hier wohl, denn die Kompositionen versprechen abgrundtiefe Texturen und guten neuen Sound. Entspannt in die nächste Session gehen und die persönlichen Ziele vorbereiten ist nicht nur chick.
 
Andererseits sollte man, wie ich finde, dabei noch authentisch bleiben und in sich hineinhören. Vielleicht mit Empathie für die Umwelt. Das stretcht nicht nur den Boddy, sondern auch die Psycho Komponente im Leben eines normalen Erdenbürgers. Gravitation bedeutet nicht nur Physik, sondern steht hier auch für ein musikalisches Zauberwort. Im Raum der Emotionen geht es jetzt hoffentlich nicht direkt in den Orbit, sondern eher auf die Trainingsmatte. Verbiegen und turnen, um einen verantwortungsvollen Pfad der Erneuerung zu finden, und sich irgendwie entllang des Alltags zu hangeln.
 
Yoga Fit schwebe ich auch noch in die tropischste Klimazone, denn es wird anscheinend immer wärmer da draussen vor der Haustür. Denn alles Schöne ist auch im Wandel, nicht nur das Klima mit wirklich sonnigem, aber sehr trockenem Wetter, sondern auch der Zeitgeist schwebt mit. Dieser stressige moderne Lifestiyle ist anstrengend genug um ein Glas Wasser für die Regeneration zu trinken.
 
Gestern waren stressige Aufgaben noch in einer Art Anderswelt abgestellt, und müssen heute schon fertiggestellt werden, um immer rechtzeitig Ergebnisse zu präsentieren, ohne Langweilig zu erscheinen. Deshalb bin ich in der Realität gelandet und fühle mich noch gut. Jetzt ein paar Yoga Übungen!
